Comparing
the recommended daily values of these vitamins and minerals to the amount that
are actually contained in foods, it is easy to see why many people end up
experiencing a deficiency in a nutrient. For a person who has an eye disease
and wishes to slow down its progression, he/she may need to consume a minimum of
2 cups of noodles, 5 chicken legs, 4 oz of dry roasted almonds, 1 full orange
and a cup of mango everyday. This is not taking into account the minimum daily
recommended intake of 6 servings of carbohydrates, 1 serving of protein and
fats, 2 servings of dairy and fruit, 5 servings of vegetables and other
important vitamins and minerals such as omega 3, iron, calcium, iodine and
copper. Thus, for a regular person, consuming enough vitamins and minerals in
conjunction with a healthy balanced diet may be quite a challenge. Thus, I have
outlined a few simple ideas on how to achieve this and ensure that your eyes
are experiencing optimum care.

Just came back from visiting Don & Louise at #9. Saw the new cabins they have....Fantastic. Very cozy and inviting for anyone looking to hunt, ski, fish, ATV or snowmobile. We would recommend it to any outdoor enthusist.

The buck was 20-30 yards out never got a shot. I am a firm believer of scent lock. That day i used a drag line of buck scent not in rut. When he came in he was alert locking for the other buck so i think. He is still out there got a pic of him on my trail cam last week. I think locking away for a moment will work because i have walked in the woods see a deer but keep walking like i didn't see it and they don't move they let you walk by. If this is Don- your daughter Amy told me about the web site at PT.

Thanks for your nice comment on our web site. Adam set us up and has tutored us on making changes. We try hard.

Some of my friends questioned the eye contact “thing” but I am absolutely positive turning away from this buck allowed me to fill my tag.

Ironically you had an experience in NH. That is where I learned my lesson as well. Eye contact with a nice buck and I tried to “quick draw” him. Doesn’t work! How far away was the buck that you missed? Were you wearing scent lock? I think scent lock improves your chances. Check out my blog on bear hunting. Any dear lure? Anyone else have eye contact experience with wildlife?

Yes this past year I was bow hunting and a nice NH buck snuk up behind me. As I turned around I made eye contact. After a couple minutes the buck turned and walked away. Next time I will try what you did see if it work for me. Nice web site
